Anntonette Joe founded Family First Home Care Services, LLC in Suffolk, VA after nearly two decades of hands-on caregiving. Her journey started in 2006 when she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate and began serving clients in nursing settings. Over the years, she listened to families who wanted safe, dependable support right at home. Creating a licensed and insured, woman-owned and minority-owned agency allowed her to answer that need. Today, Anntonette personally guides how caregivers are selected, trained, and supported so each client is treated like family. Her goal is simple, to help seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities stay comfortable and independent at home while families feel informed, heard, and truly at ease.
